Does Mama Sauber bring the cleaning material herself?



For cleaning commercial spaces, all cleaning materials are brought along by our cleaners! All cleaning teams are equipped with professional equipment. Whether it's a vacuum cleaner, cloths, a mop bar and window squeegee, our teams carry these materials with them. If you want us to use your cleaning agents, that's no problem either. Simply include this note when booking.

The cleaning agents used by our private customers are used to clean private premises.

Do I have to be on site during cleaning?



Of course, you do not have to be present during cleaning. It is only important that you let the cleaning team in and give a proper briefing.

What does minimum purchase mean?



The minimum purchase represents the smallest quantity of cleaning services, which are invoiced in any case, regardless of the actual expenditure. Our services can be booked within a radius of 35 kilometers from the respective location. If your order includes less than the specified minimum order of 3 hours of cleaning service, you have the option of adding additional services until the minimum purchase is reached. It is easy to combine various services, and it is sufficient if only one of the services meets the minimum purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?



We do not charge for changes. Cancellations are also free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed cleaning date. A fee of 75 EUR is charged for cancellations made within 24 hours before the agreed cleaning date. We are happy to help you and ask you to send us an e-mail in good time if you change or cancel an appointment (info@mamasauber.de) to contact. Your request will be dealt with immediately by our team to ensure smooth processing.
